Slimline Snow Backpack
Created for ski and snowboard enthusiasts, Dakine’s Heli Pack Backpack is a lightweight snow pack with a moderate storage capacity. Importantly, the Heli Pack has a ski and snowboard carry system and an adjustable sternum strap.
For ski and snow convenience, the Heli Pack Backpack has also has an external shovel storage option. Furthermore, the Dakine Heli Pack has a fleece-lined google pocket and a rescue whistle that’s located on the sternum strap.
As is the Dakine way, the Heli Pack Backpack is designed for demanding outdoor conditions. Additional protective features include a polyester ripstop exterior, hard-wearing base, and a reinforced carry handle.
Perfect for use as a low-volume snow storage pack, the Dakine Heli Pack has multiple interior pockets that can be used to stash overflow items. Like the Dakine Heli Pro Backpack, the Heli Pack Backpack offers diagonal ski storage and vertical snowboard storage.
Pleasingly, the Dakine Heli Pack is lighter than most snow packs and has padded back and shoulder support. If you’re after a lightweight backpack that offers simple storage, the Heli Pack Backpack is one of the better Dakine options.
