In this newest iteration of Deuter’s popular Guide Lite Backpack, a detachable rope strap is conveniently located at the top of the pack, allowing for fast and simple rope management on the trail.

With each climbing action, the backpack fits snug and close to the body thanks to the little wing shoulder strap attachments. Additionally, the lightweight, flexible, tensioned U-frame delivers stability and pleasant load distribution while weighing as little as possible.

The main compartment includes a simple drawstring closure for easy on-the-go access. And when the weather shifts, a retractable rain cover that also serves as a helmet holder comes in handy.

A stretchy inner compartment for damp apparel is also included as an additional feature as well as a goggle holder on the shoulder strap and a convenient walking pole holder.

The sternum strap may be adjusted to keep the backpack securely on the shoulders. It is also possible to fine-tune the amount of weight that is transferred to the shoulders by using the load lifters.

Lastly, this model is available in an SL configuration. The SL back length is designed specifically for women. As a result, the SL model’s carrying system is shorter than that of the ordinary Deuter backpacks.
